Begin with hotel pickup by private vehicle and travel with an English-speaking guide to a historic Zen temple.

        • Dress Code: Please dress respectfully for a religious site. For the Meditation Experience, we strictly recommend loose-fitting pants. Avoid short skirts, tight jeans, or restrictive clothing that prevents cross-legged sitting.
        • Silence & Etiquette: Daijoji is a "Soto Zen" training monastery. Guests are asked to maintain a quiet demeanor and follow the monk’s instructions to respect the practitioners on-site.
